Hello Beautiful, this blog is about the full body workout which targets weight loss and builds body strength. It is specially for Beginners , which is easy and effective. It can be done at Home or in the Gym. OK dear, LET'S BEGIN.
We’ll do each for 30 seconds . ( 3 rounds )
1st round
1. Jumping Jack
2. Knee and Toe touches
3.Jump Rope 360°
4.Squats
5.Squat Hold
2nd Round
1.Modified Jumping Jack
2.Jumping Jack
3.Knee and Toe touches
4.Jump rope
5.Squats
6.Squat Hold
3rd Round
1.Jog in Place
2.Butt kicks
3.Knee and Toe touches
4.Squat
5.Walk in Place
To Get Results :
- Follow a diet meal
- Do home workout 30 min or 60 min three or four days a week
- Start including Swimming,Running and Dancing(not too much )
- Get Enough Sleep
- Drink plenty of water
- Get Proteins
- Love Yourself
